GTC General Terms and Conditions

§1 Scope and Contracting Party These General Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made via the online shop of Geo Detector ELE GmbH. We offer worldwide sales of our products.

§2 Products and Services Our products, particularly imaging system detectors and direct ground scan systems, are among the most accurate metal detection systems and provide reliable results by drawing three-dimensional shapes of detected targets using special software.

§3 Conclusion of Contract The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an online catalog. By clicking the order button, you place a binding order for the goods in the shopping cart. The confirmation of receipt of the order follows immediately after sending the order and does not constitute acceptance of the contract. We can accept your order by sending an order confirmation via email or by delivering the goods within five days.

§4 Prices and Payment Conditions All prices are final prices and include statutory VAT. Additional delivery and shipping costs are indicated in the order overview. Payment can be made via prepayment, credit card, PayPal, or invoice.

§5 Delivery Delivery is worldwide to the address specified by the customer.

§6 Retention of Title The goods remain our property until full payment is made.

§7 Warranty Statutory warranty rights apply.

§8 Liability Our liability for damages from injury to life, body, or health and for intentional or grossly negligent breaches of duty remains unaffected by the following limitations of liability. For slight negligence, our liability is limited to foreseeable, contract-typical, direct average damage according to the type of goods.

§9 Data Protection The data protection practices of Geo Detector ELE GmbH are described in detail in our privacy policy.

§10 Final Provisions The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Sales Convention. If the customer is a consumer and has his habitual residence in another country at the time of his order, the mandatory provisions of that country remain unaffected by this choice of law.
